ACH Direct Debit for Tax Payments

The Treasurer now offers ACH Direct Debit for Tax Payments on all Real Estate Parcels that are not already set up for Delinquent Contract Payment methods. The Taxpayer MUST sign an ACH Debit Authorization Form and provide a copy to the Wayne County Treasurer.

Please Note: Adjustments to your Property Value may affect your Taxes and your ACH Debit Amount. Therefore, the Treasurer cannot be responsible for any possible overdrafts to your account.

ACH Debit Discontinuation Form

If you wish to Discontinue using the ACH Debit Option for paying your Real Estate taxes, please complete this form, SIGN it, and provide the Original to the Treasurer at least seven (7) days in advance.
